EPO National Statutory and Court Information

The downloadable "Patent Litigation in Europe" from the EPO provides flowcharts showing the judicial process for patent related matters in the courts for each of the European Patent Convention member states.
The report also provides some pages of textual information in its 126 pages for each member country. The report is free, but an Email address needs to be submitted.

World LII - International Courts

The World Legal Information Institute, similar in function to Cornell's LII, is based in Australia. Coverage for Asia and the western Pacific countries is particularly deep. Some material, though, appears dated.
The WorldLII pages include this comprehensive International Courts & Tribunals Collection which contains WIPO, WTO, ECJ and Andean Community court links.

European Unified Patent Court

The Unified Patent Court, once it becomes established, will further standardize and centralize european patent litigation. The multi-lateral agreement creating the Court calls for several courts at three different levels. The agreement had not taken effect as of June 2015.

Foreign Law - FIU online resource

The Foreign Law Guide, sometimes referred to by the authors of the original print title, "Reynolds & Flores", details information for some 190 countries. This is another comprehensive online COL eResources guide database.
The Foreign Law Guide offers "...information on sources of foreign law, including complete bibliographic citations to legislation, ... and selected references to primary and secondary sources...". A brief section describing the national court system is included at the beginning of the country entries for most, if not all, of the countries covered. FIU login is required. GL
