The Florida General portion tests Essay questions during 3 hours and 100 multiple choice questions over the remaining 3 hours. Always tested: Florida Civ & Crim Procedure and the Rules of Judicial Administration. Five additional segments covering no more than 3 Florida subjects are chosen from a list of 14 subjects. The MBE portion is given on the second day of the exam. You have 6 hours to answer 200 multiple choice questions. 175 are scored.
Subjects tested: 25 questions on each of the seven subject areas: Civil Procedure, Constitutional Law, Contracts, Criminal Law and Procedure, Evidence, Real Property, and Torts.
The MPRE consists of 60 multiple choice questions. You have two hours to complete the test. Florida requires a scaled score of 80 for a passing grade.
