Lexis Public Records Step by Step
When 1L credentials are activated, you will have access to Lexis Public Records search in Lexis. The 'guide' below provides a step-by-step tutorial on how to access the Public Records search function in Lexis.
Lexis Public Records can only be used to search yourself. Any other search or unauthorized search will result in immediate disabling of Lexis and notification of the violation to FIU Law for further disciplinary action.
This service is just another tool to enable you to find answers to the bar application questions. Do not consider a search to be a "one-stop-shop" for full coverage of your history.
