This guide is intended to provide FIU students with information about Constitution Day events and researching U.S. Constitutional Law. September 17 is designated as Constitution Day in the United States to commemorate the signing of the U.S. Constitution on this day in 1787. Constitution Day is not only fun, its celebration by institutions which receive federal funding is federally mandated under 36 USC 106 (linked below.)
