Research Guide: Resources, materials, and research methods on Intellectual Property Law in general. Gateway to IP subject specific guides.

Scope

This guide includes general IP info that would be difficult to classify under one specific IP category. Each of those specific categories has its own guide.

The guides for Patents, Copyrights, Trademarks and Trade Secrets can be reached via the links in the box below.

Law students should nevertheless review this guide, since it provides general introductory sources useful for further research and as study aids.

Please note that many of the resources listed here require a law school log-in and are available only to the FIU College of Law community.
