The major legal databases subscribe to and provide access to a large number of journals. However, some smaller, foreign and specialized journals are not available from those databases. Additionally, a general catalog search via journal or article titles will not return all relevant articles.
The best way to ensure that you find all the journals on a topic is to search in the journal Indexes. The indexes are also more likely to be freely accessible.
